DAKOTA SINCLAIR- Recurve

Hometown:            Ridgecrest, Ca

Birth date:            Feb 13

Major:                    Political Science

Year at ASU:         Sophomore

Theme Song:  Multiple....depending on mood...Angels Holocaust ~ Iced Earth...Planet Hell ~ Nightwish....It's a Fight ~ Three Six Mafia....and the current favorite...Through the Fire and Flames ~ Dragonforce

Interests and Hobbies:     Archery and music

Coach:     Lloyd Brown

Personal:    I began shooting when I was 16 and decided to actually compete seriously when I turned 18.  After a few years of serious work, various new pieces of equipment, I've found there are really only a few things to say.."Thanks mom and dad!" and..."Can we shoot yet?!"

Only two things in the world truly annoy me....waiting for the starting whistle, and deciding what's for dinner!

Greatest Achievement in Archery:     I honestly can't decide.  I think my favorite achievement is the bronze medal at the 05 USIACs in Georgia.  It suddenly felt like all the hard work and effort had paid off, and that I was on the top of the game!

Goals Over the Next Year:     To be the best person I can be, continue to love archery as a lifetime sport, and shoot my shot.  And keep my GPA over 3.8.

Long Term Goals:      2008 and 2012 Olympic Gold, and a law degree.

Greatest Influence:     I think full credit has to go to my parents.  But, my coaches, Lloyd Brown and Bob Romero shouldn't be forgotten...they've had a huge impact on my life.
